Screen printing is a process where we force ink through a Mesh (screen) using a blade or squeegee, on to a fabric or material, typically a t-shirt, sweater or some type of apparel. Depending on the design and the type of material it is possible for you to feel the imprinted design on the shirt once the image has been printed. The majority of what we screen print on is t-shirts and sweaters. Screen printing is a pretty detailed process so I am not going to bore you with all the details. If you would like more details we would be happy to explain how it works.
1. Have a design or idea for your shirt. If you have the design in a ready to print format (AI, PDF, PNG,) send it to us an let us take a look. If your not quite sure exactly what you want let us know and we can help you design it, we do offer design services for an additional fee. Any and all charges will be clearly spelled out in advance.
2. How many shirts do you want? If you would like the shirt screen printed we have a 6 shirt minimum to use this process. If you would like less than 6 shirts, click here to check out our Direct To Garment option.
3. Once you have a design or idea and you would like 6 or more shirts, you will need to figure out what kind of shirt you would like to put it on. There are a ton of options and there are a few ways you can do this.
